A cookbook prefaced by Nicola Sirkis, lead singer of Indochine, may come as a surprise, except when the author's name is Olivier Streiff. Discovered by the general public on Top Chef 2015, but already named "Grand Chef of Tomorrow" by Gault et Millau in 2013, the chef from Lorraine had initially surprised viewers with his rather unconventional look, and his ability to create his own recipes.He first surprised viewers with his rather disconcerting looks, before touching them with his personality, far from what his appearance might suggest.
