Our selection of Advent calendars to keep you waiting with good chocolates

Our selection of Advent calendars to keep you waiting with good chocolates

What if the anticipation of Christmas gave way to a tasting experience throughout the month of December? Created and crafted by talented artisan chocolatiers, these Advent calendars contain gourmet pieces made from the finest cocoa, for a delicious countdown.

Yuna Lamarque

These Advent calendars celebrate the art of chocolate. Behind each window you'll find a melting ganache, a crunchy praline, a miniature bar or coated fruit. Designed by artisanal houses, they celebrate the know-how and quality of their ingredients, transforming the anticipation of Christmas into an experience to be savored day after day.

Cluizel, Winter Wonderland

With its "Féérie Hivernale" Advent calendar, Cluizel plunges gourmets into the discovery of the aromatic notes of chocolate and celebrates the expertise of the House's chocolatiers, confectioners and "cacaofévriers®". The calendar features an assortment of chocolate bonbons and other confections: nougat, gianduja, pralines and the house's signature "Perle d'Or".

  • 24 cases, €54.95
  • Available from Petites Manufactures, www.cluizel.com and retailers.

Pierre Hermé, Abysses

Chef Pierre Hermé has created a collection of three Advent calendars, all designed in the shape of a crown and decorated like the ocean floor.

  • The Signature version reveals the Maison's emblematic Infiniment Chocolat creations.
  • The Gourmande version enriches the Signature calendar with a box of chocolates and confectionery placed in its center.
  • The Exception version features a Christmas bauble designed by American artist Courtney Mattison: each piece, hand-crafted in enamelled porcelain, is inspired by the sinuous patterns of reefs.

These calendars are part of the Maison's end-of-year Abysses collection, a plunge into the "depths of taste".

  • Signature: 24 boxes, €65 - Gourmand: 24 boxes and box of chocolates, €95 - Exception: 24 boxes and unique Christmas bauble: €185
  • Available now at www.pierreherme.com and in store.
