Nina Métayer unveils the 100% chocolate "Destination" corner at La Samaritaine
A gourmet stopover anywhere in France: that's the new mission set by pastry chef Nina Métayer. With her new Destination chocolaterie, you'll be able to indulge in her products in Paris... and all over the country!
After winning over sweet tooths with her pastry creations, Nina Métayer is now tackling chocolate in a brand-new corner. At La Samaritaine, the chef inaugurates her first boutique entirely dedicated to chocolate products. Conceived as an invitation to travel, this collection promises to melt gourmets' hearts, in Paris and all over France.
A counter at La Samaritaine
Under the majestic glass roof of the Parisian department store, Nina Métayer has created a unique setting: a luxury carriage inspired by the trains of yesteryear. This elegant counter blends in with the Samaritaine's architectural universe of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. On the development of this "gourmet stopover", Nina Métayer explains: "It's the fruit of a great deal of collective work: months of creation, testing, refining, always with the same ambition, to offer good, beautiful and above all genuine craftsmanship."
The collection comes in a range of delicacies: filled bars, chocolate bonbons, spreads, cookies, coated fruits and even tea to accompany the tasting experience. Each recipe has been designed to appeal to the taste buds, showcasing exceptional expertise, but also to be easy to ship.

Creations that travel
"We thought of this wagon as a destination. For the experience, but also as a ferry of sweets that connects moments everywhere in France!" With the motto "Anytime, anywhere", Nina Métayer wants to make her chocolate accessible everywhere in France. Previously available only in Paris and La Rochelle, her creations can now be sent anywhere in France. A way for the chef to extend the gourmet experience beyond the capital and her home region.
The collection can be purchased directly from the Destination counter at La Samaritaine, or ordered online via the digital boutique dedicated to the chef's world of chocolate.
