LG x Hélène Darroze: a web series that combines innovation and transmission

LG France is betting on emotion and inspiration with the launch of Toque Toque, a culinary web series designed as a forum for exchange between Hélène Darroze (3 toques for Marsan in Paris), ambassador for the brand's cuisine range, and chefs from all over France. through short, rhythmic episodes, the series presents sincere, gourmet encounters, where recipes come to life through dialogue between generations, sensibilities and techniques.
A first episode with Adrien Zedda
To inaugurate the series, LG has brought together two complementary worlds: that of Hélène Darroze, the emblematic chef of generous, refined cuisine, and that ofAdrien Zedda, a rising figure in plant-based cuisine. Former chef of the Culina Hortus restaurant (2 toques) in Lyon, crowned best vegetarian restaurant in the world, Adrien Zedda has just inaugurated Dialogues, his new establishment in Biarritz.
Together, they revisit a signature dish of chef Darroze's, guinea fowl supreme with tarragon, which Adrien transforms into a vegetarian proposal based around petit épeautre, fresh herbs and steamed endives. All sublimated by LG technologies like Steam™ cooking, AirFry mode or Sous-Vide cooking, which guarantee technical precision without compromising on taste.
Technology at the service of taste
Behind this web series, LG intends to demonstrate that its top-of-the-range equipment (InstaView™ ovens, induction hobs, connected refrigerators) can accompany enthusiasts and professionals alike in demanding, creative and healthy cooking. Each episode is thus a showcase of LG innovations, illustrated by concrete recipes, tips from chefs and spontaneous exchanges.
This first encounter sets the tone for a series that promises further gastronomic stops across France. Hélène Darroze will continue this adventure by welcoming new chefs in future episodes, scheduled throughout the year.
