The Wine Tour in Paris

After the Loire, Languedoc-Roussillon and Rhône, Bordeaux and Alsace,Gault&Millau's starwineeventconcludes its 2017 tour in Paris on October 09.

For its latest date, Gault&Millau has decided to pull out all the stops. Launched last November, the Wine Tour aims to provide a forum for bringing the worlds of food and wine closer together. For one day, chefs, sommeliers, winemakers and wine merchants come together to discuss the latest trends in wine, and design a menu in line with the expectations of their guests and the terroir of our regions.

On October 09, a number of highlights will punctuate this exceptional day, starting with a series of events focused on exchange: several stands will showcase the vintages of the partners present at the event; during tastings ,wine and food personalities will be able to share their expectations and make new discoveries. Finally,following its tour of France earlier in the year, this will also be an opportunity for Gault&Millau to highlight some of the best appellations from France's wine-growing regions.
