Goodbye disposable piping bags, welcome the De Buyer pro tube!

This September, de Buyer launched an innovation that should delight all food professionals. Pastry bags are widely used in the gastronomic world, and not only in pastry-making, but they have several disadvantages: the need to cool hands when handling cold preparations, the risk of burning hands when handling hot preparations, the limited number of uses for the bags...

With the tube pro, these drawbacks have been resolved. The tube provides thermal insulation for preparations ranging from 2 to 100°C, and is also ideal for keeping them cool or in an oven.

The tube's practicality is enhanced by a plunger that doesn't leave a drop behind, and a graduated dial that ensures consistent presentation by defining the quantity to be used with each press. And the nozzles are quick and easy to change, even during use.

This innovation is also sustainable, as it avoids the use of disposable pouches and reduces the loss of preparations by the plunger. It also promotes local employment, with manufacturing in the Vosges region of France, and is certified Origine France Garantie.

To start with, the set seems ideal, and can be expanded later with the many sockets provided, as the accessories can all be purchased individually. The set contains :
