Salon du livre de cuisine 2026: the gourmet rendezvous in Paris 15
Following the success of its first three editions, the Salon du livre de cuisine ancien et moderne is back for a fourth edition on June 13 and 14, 2026. Authors' signings, round-table discussions, prize-giving ceremonies and new products...
In the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement, the Marché du Livre Ancien et Moderne has been taking place every year for the past three years in the Parc Georges-Brassens. Supported by the City of Paris and organized by the ACE15 and " Les Pages Parisiennes " associations, as well as the Le Divan bookshop and Editions de l'Épure, this event brings together authors, chefs, publishers, booksellers and enthusiasts around the theme of culinary literature.
A rendezvous for readers and gourmets alike
Sponsored by culinary journalist François-Régis Gaudry and chaired by chef Guillaume Gomez, the event will host nearly 2,000 books, offering a rich and eclectic selection to suit every taste: recipe books, monographs by chefs, children's books, essays, regional and foreign guides, as well as old and rare works. Enough to please young and old readers alike. In addition to this living library, the show will feature meetings, book signings, round tables and debates led by specialist publishers and antique cookbook professionals, who will be on hand to present exceptional items.
New edition, new activities
What's new this year? A dictation entitled "Quand les mots mijotent", written by Annie Le Saux, will be organized on Saturday and Sunday mornings. And an olive oil tasting: Makaros EDOS, an olive oil grown on the Greek island of Lesbos, the cradle of a centuries-old family tradition.
