Salon du livre de cuisine 2026: the gourmet rendezvous in Paris 15
Following the success of its first three editions, the Salon du livre de cuisine ancien et moderne is back for a fourth edition on 13 and 14 June 2026. Author signings, round-table discussions, prize-giving ceremonies and new features…
In the heart of Paris’s 15th arrondissement, the Marché du Livre Ancien et Moderne has been taking place every year for the past three years in the Parc Georges-Brassens. Supported by the City of Paris and organised by the ACE15 and Les Pages Parisiennes associations, as well as the Le Divan bookshop and Éditions de l’Épure, this event brings together authors, chefs, publishers, booksellers and enthusiasts around the theme of culinary literature.
A rendez-vous for readers and gourmets alike
Sponsored by culinary journalist François-Régis Gaudry and chaired by chef Guillaume Gomez, the event will host nearly 2,000 books, offering a rich and eclectic selection to suit every taste: recipe books, chef monographs, children’s books, essays, regional and international guides, as well as rare and antiquarian works. Enough to delight young and old readers alike. In addition to this living library, the salon will feature encounters, book signings, round tables and debates led by specialist publishers and antiquarian cookbook professionals, presenting exceptional items.
New edition, new activities
What’s new this year? A dictée entitled “Quand les mots mijotent” (“When words simmer”), written by Annie Le Saux, will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There will also be an olive oil tasting featuring Makaros EDOS, an olive oil grown on the Greek island of Lesbos, cradle of a centuries-old family tradition.
The complete programme
Saturday 13 June 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: salon inauguration and prize-giving ceremony in the presence of François-Régis Gaudry.

Two prizes: seven books in the running
Two awards will be presented during the salon. The “Prix du Salon du livre de cuisine” will be awarded by a nine-member jury comprising columnists, journalists, editors and the winner of the 2025 prize.
