Thibaut, did you follow Pierre's progress when he was involved in the program?
Thibaut Spiwack: Yes, because I watched every season of Top Chef until I took part in 2022. I was fascinated by all the cooking shows, especially Oui chef! from 2005 onwards. That was the year I enrolled in cookery school.
Pierre, when you look back, what did the show bring you ?
