The Cooks of the Year, trophies, young talents of the year 2020 and all Gault&Millau projects were revealed revealed, in an atmosphere that was both attentive and communal, notably during speeches by Vladislas Skvortsov, Jacques Bally and Marc Esquerré.
All these projects demonstrate that the future of Nouvelle Cuisine is assured.

Creation of the GaultMillau Academy, made up of chefs who have been promoting French gastronomy for over 25 years. Ten pioneering chefs, now awarded 5 Toques d'Or, join the Academy to become its new ambassadors.
Alain Ducasse's restaurant in Monaco was awarded the title of Chef d'œuvre de l'année. The award recognizes the qualities of the team of chefs, pastry chefs, room managers and sommeliers who make up the Carré Magique, contributing to the restaurant's success.
