Moments of the evening

The ceremony began with the announcement of the new Gault&Millau academicians, and a moving tribute to Michel Guérard, who passed away this summer. This was followed by a succession of portraits and titles.

The restaurants of chefs Arnaud Lallement (L'Assiette Champenoise) and Christian Le Squer (Le Cinq) were awarded the exceptional score of 19.5/20. L'Oustau de Baumanière chef Glenn Viel was delighted to receive his fifth toque, and thanked his teams and family for this latest accolade.

Many thanks to our partners Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Château Sainte-Marguerite-en-Provence, De Buyer, Elle & Vire Professionnel, Enodis, Kaviari and MAISON ATABLE for their support.
