This afternoon, Gault&Millau invites gastronomy enthusiasts to discover the winners of the 2025 titles. This year's Gault&Millau 2025 gala evening takes place this Monday, November 18, 2024 at the Trianon and Élysée Montmartre in Paris. The event will take place in two parts. The first will take place before an audience of over 900 guests, followed by a cocktail reception. The second part will take the form of a Gala dinner featuring four chefs.

For this new edition, the line-up of winners will be extensive, with no fewer than six categories rewarded!"You are 24 winners, and among these 24, six will be even more distinguished", revealed Marc Esquerré, Director of Surveys at Gault&Millau.

Who are the nominees for the Gault&Millau 2025 trophies?

This year, there are not four trophy categories, but six. In fact, the Guide Jaune has chosen to reward a Grand de Demain from among the winners of the latest Gault&Millau Tour, and also to award a special title to one of the 109 (sang-neuf) chefs of the year 2025.
