Ducasse Baccarat inaugurates an ephemeral Wine Bar for the festive season

Since early November 2025, Ducasse Baccarat has been celebrating the art of wine and conviviality with an ephemeral Wine Bar in its Midi Minuit bar. A sensory experience designed by Fabrice Langlois, combining oenological discoveries and gourmet pairings.

Winter promises to be a refined affair at Ducasse Baccarat. Since November 5, 2025, the Bar Midi Minuit has been transformed into an ephemeral Wine Bar, inviting wine lovers to experience a gustatory journey to the heart of the finest wine regions. Under the impetus of synesthetic sommelier Fabrice Langlois, this autumn rendezvous promises an exacting yet generous selection, blending grands crus and accessible nuggets, available by the glass or bottle.

The menu features nearly forty wines, from Pierre Gerbais' Grains de Celles champenois to Cassagne & Vitailles' Terrasses du Larzac, Jean-Louis Chave's Hermitage and Nicole Lamarche's Vosne-Romanée. An evolving offering, guided by the sommelier's personal favourites, designed in perfect harmony with the comforting cuisine of chefs Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder.

"Like a postcard, I want to take customers on a journey to regions linked to the key ingredients of Alain Ducasse's cuisine, while offeringa unique experience.Alain Ducasse's cuisine, while at the same time offering a contemporary, elegant and generous hospitality experience," says Fabrice Langlois.

A lively place from midday to midnight

A veritable sensory refuge, the Bar Midi Minuit offers a range of activities throughout the day: gourmet lunch, a cosy afternoon of homemade pastries and hot drinks, and evenings enlivened by a passion for wine.

as night falls, Fabrice Langlois brings the restaurant to life with a series of wine discoveries and food pairings: Saint-Jacques and Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru Les Caillerets 2018, or braised beef casserole accompanied by a Clos des Gommiers Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. Wines by the glass start at 14 euros, and dishes to share start at 12 euros.
