Bozen
Founded in 2011 by childhood friends Julien and Yoni, Bozen is a sushi restaurant that combines tradition with creativity, blending Japanese cuisine with that from the 4 corners of the world.
Opened in 2011 in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, Bozen has won over its guests and expanded to Paris, Vincennes, Levallois and Marseille, offering gourmet, inventive and creative cuisine.
Bozen's original creations include chicken tempura bagels, salmon and truffle pizzas and poke bowls.
The creativity is so overflowing that we sometimes get lost in the sheer number of dishes on offer.
But the taste is there, and you can't help but melt in front of the salmon inferno, a sushi revisited with crispy rice and salmon marinated in a mayonnaise-based sauce.
These dishes are also available for delivery or takeaway.
