Bordeaux Coffee Show: an event dedicated to coffee and coffee lovers

On March 7 and 8, 2026, the Bordeaux Coffee show will take over the converted barracks, Darwin Éco-système. The event will bring together baristas, coffee shops, roasters and even simple coffee enthusiasts, all sharing the same love of coffee!

Ambre Prevel

After a Parisian edition in 2025, this year the Bordeaux Coffee Show welcomes professionals and coffee lovers alike.

Bordeaux, a city of coffee

With the proliferation of coffee shops in recent years, Bordeaux has established itself as a dynamic city driven by coffee-roasting expertise. The show will take place in the converted Darwin Écosystème barracks, an emblematic venue on the Right Bank.

Organized by Collectif Café in collaboration with the local Bordeaux Coffee Social Club, the Coffee Show showcases regional talent. The event helps to raise the profile of the industry and promote specialty coffee, while highlighting the commitment of the various players in the sector." We're delighted to be launching this new event in Bordeaux, a city that has played an emblematic role in the history of the coffee trade and transport ", declared Loïc Marion, President of Collectif Café.

For several years now, Collectif Café has been working to promote the French coffee industry. After Paris and Bordeaux, other regional Coffee Shows open to the general public are due to open across France.

A stimulating weekend of coffee

On the program: meetings with industry professionals - roasters, baristas and latte art specialists - as well as workshops, tastings and masterclasses dedicated to coffee. Talks will focus on economic, production and traceability issues. Latte art, cupping (professional tasting) and roasting discovery workshops will also be offered. The show will also showcase the specialities and players who bring the local scene to life, not forgetting tastings of regional products.

The aim? To enable the public to learn more about coffee in a responsible and ethical way, while discovering the subtleties of aromas, extraction and roasting methods, as well as the various stages in the production chain. Amateurs, enthusiasts and professionals alike are invited to come and chat over a cup of coffee.
