At the Ritz Paris, a new festival brings together opera, dance and music
On June 13, 14 and 15, 2026, the Ritz Paris launches "Les Nuits Étoilées", a unique festival of opera and choreography in the intimate setting of its Grand Jardin.
From June 13 to 15, 2026, the Ritz Paris will transform its Grand Jardin into an open-air stage to host the first edition of "Les Nuits Étoilées ". Conceived as an immersive experience, this new festival will bring together a limited audience each evening for a dialogue between opera, dance and orchestral music, in a setting inspired by French gardens.
Three exceptional evenings
Conceived by artistic director Frédéric Fontan, the event is both ambitious and intimate. Three hundred spectators per evening will be treated to performances by top-notch lyrical artists and dancers, performed in close proximity to the audience. Star dancer Roxane Stojanov, godmother of this first edition, embodies this desire for transmission and artistic excellence.
The festival opens with " La Nuit de Diamant ", a tribute to the elegance of Place Vendôme and the world of haute joaillerie. The program includes works by Mendelssohn, Gounod and Offenbach, as well as an original choreographic creation. The evening will feature renowned artists, including mezzo-soprano Axelle Saint-Cirel and soprano Claire de Monteil.
The following evening, " La Nuit des Romantiques " will explore the great lyrical and choreographic passions, from La Bohème to Romeo and Juliet, via Swan Lake. This second evening will also pay tribute to Marcel Proust with a piece from Roland Petit's ballet Proust, performed by dancers from the Opéra national de Paris.

Finally, " La Nuit Clair de Lune " closes the festival with an artistic promenade inspired by the gardens of Paris and Versailles. Led by the voice of sopranist Bruno de Sá and major ballet figures, this evening will feature several premieres, including a world premiere of La Mort du cygne.
Les Nuits Étoilées " also aims to offer an all-encompassing experience. Welcomed with petits fours and champagne, spectators will prolong this timeless interlude in a place usually untouched by urban bustle. With this first edition, the Ritz Paris demonstrates its ambition to make this event a lasting part of the Parisian and international cultural landscape.
