In the 1980s, Touraine began to recognize its different terroirs, notably those of Chenonceaux, Amboise and Oisly. In the latter, Sauvignon has reigned supreme for decades, and the Touraine Oisly appellation is proud to be the only one in Touraine to produce only Sauvignon Blanc wines.

L'Ellipse 2023 - Domaine Delobel

this wine opens with aromas of ginger, white pepper, pear tart and citrus salad (orange, grapefruit, lime). On the palate, there's stewed fruit and a touch of cookie, but always a straight, muscular structure. Full-bodied and energetic, punchy and powerful, with a beautiful minerality.

Fabel Barbou 2023 - Domaine des Corbillères

The nose immediately expresses Sauvignon with aromas of acacia, pear and a light tropical bouquet evoking pineapple
and mango. Pretty notes of crusty baguette just out of the oven and cereals accompany the fruit. The attack is fresh with a pure expression of fruit, followed by a robust, muscular texture. A straightforward, luminous wine with a lovely minty finish.

La Grande Brosse 2023 - Raphaël Midoir

Aromas of honey, beeswax, honeysuckle, jasmine and orange take us into a world of sunshine and finesse.
and finesse. On the palate, the attack is soft and ample, but carried by a crystalline acidity that illuminates the whole. Round yet pure, with notes of citrus, white fruit and white flowers. The salinity makes for an airy finish.

La Fosse Blanche 2022, Château de la Presle - Domaine Jean-Marie Penet

From the "La Fosse Blanche" parcel, this wine is aged for a year on lees. The nose is intense, smoky and spicy, with notes of candied lemon peel. The attack is full-bodied, with a hint of sunshine around the apricot fruit (apricot tart, pits). A powerful wine, with a slightly bitter finish that testifies to its youth and ageing potential.

This wine combines freshness and power through notes of granny-smith apple, raspberry leaf and mint. Once tasted, the white fruit notes intensify with a touch of toast. The palate is fleshy and the bitters on the finish accentuate its intensity.

Ocilus 2023 - Domaine de la Chapelle - Thierry Gosseaume

A timid nose, which reveals itself after aeration with saline aromas, flowers and lemon zest. On the palate, notes of white fruit develop, followed by those of clementine and fresh white grapes. An elegant, salivating wine with a flattering finish that calls for a second glass.

Coulée Galante 2024 - Domaine de Marcé

A nose that begins with notes of toast and requires a little opening to appreciate aromas of apple, pear and vanilla. on tasting, the wine is suave on the attack, then the tension gives it a fine backbone through to a fruity, spicy finish.

L'Élégante 2023 - Domaine Pré Baron

Attractive aromas of pear, pineapple, acacia honey and toast add complexity. The clean attack, with a hint of lime, retains a lovely suavity and notes of white fruit and toast on the finish.
