A rather discreet address, but well known to regulars. Virginie and Thomas Compagnon's table is a sight to behold, with its sand-colored harmonies and clean lines. The chef goes all out to cater for special occasions, with impeccable service and plates of fine produce. The wine cellar lives up to expectations, with the best of local vintages (Tollot-Beaut, Girardin, d'Ardhuy...).

With a short menu, regional nibbles to share as an aperitif, and trendy small plates, this classic local restaurant (formerly Jardin des Remparts) has undergone a makeover under the leadership of Christophe Bocquillon. Finger foods include parsley, fries with beef fat and trout rillettes from Crisenon, while a good card menu for under €50 is well worth the 2 toques.
