A rather discreet address, but well known to regulars. Virginie and Thomas Compagnon's table is a sight to behold, with its sand-colored harmonies and clean lines. The chef goes all out to cater for special occasions, with impeccable service and plates of fine produce. The wine cellar lives up to expectations, with the best of local vintages (Tollot-Beaut, Girardin, d'Ardhuy...).
