Set on Rènecros Bay, Thalazur Bandol Île Rousse pampers both body and taste buds. Its Les Oliviers restaurant (2 toques) entrusts its Mediterranean cuisine to Martin Féragus - trained by Marx and Briffard - and its desserts to Fleur Féragus, whose Nicolas Berger mandarin and tagetes chocolate is already an institution. Foie gras and sardines side by side, maigre en marinière de coquillages, pigeon Miéral: a fine table, which has not finished convincing. This five-star establishment on the Var coast boasts 67 mineral-designed rooms and suites overlooking the sea, two private beaches and a Clef Verte-labeled thalassotherapy institute.
