Gault&Millau's review 2026

La Maison Borrèze is the 5-star nugget missing from the medieval village of Souillac. In this historic building, patiently restored by the FMAU agency, luxury is confidential, with just 15 suites featuring 1930s elegance. And nothing is standardized: the strong integration of local craftsmanship meets the nobility of Lot stone, blue cedar, American maple and carefully selected fabrics.
