Gault&Millau's review2025
Inaugurated in 2020, this vast stone and wood residence, owned by the Airelles group, is already attracting rave reviews. Decorated by Christophe Tollemer, who imagined the hotel as contemporary as possible while respecting the spirit of a fine family home, the 41 rooms and suites all feature a different décor, with dark woods, antique chests and large closets. Some are extended by small terraces equipped with designer barrels for a Nordic bath at 39°C. There are also 5 private apartments on the top floor. In the basement, the 1200 m2 Guerlain spa is flanked by a 20 m swimming pool and a gym. In terms of gastronomy, head for the Palladio, led by Adrien Tupin Bron, and its vast terrace; other restaurants include the legendary La Grande Ourse, or the Matsuhisa table, blending Japanese and Peruvian inspirations under the Nobu label. Last but not least, this luxury retreat boasts a cigar-smoking lounge, a cinema, a huge south-facing terrace and even a hairdressing salon.
