In the heart of the Vosges forest, not far from Gérardmer, this large chalet surrounded by a 9-hectare park embodies all the rustic charm of the region. Nature invites itself indoors: the 35 rooms, all paneled in light wood and decorated in the spirit of local craftsmanship, exude a soft, warm atmosphere. The restaurant, under the direction of chef Morgan Fady, offers generous cuisine rooted in local produce, accompanied by a fine list of Alsace wines. As for the spa, a veritable cocoon of well-being with swimming pool, gym and relaxation areas, it completes this elegant refuge where guests come as much to recharge their batteries in nature as to sample the Vosges art of living.
