In the heart of the old town, this hotel is housed in a 15th-century inn, considered to be the oldest house in Troyes. Restored with true respect for the town's heritage, the magnificent wooden staircase has been preserved, leading to 12 luxurious rooms with contemporary furnishings, exposed beams and ancient stone slabs. Other relics of the medieval period include the half-timbered façade and a cobbled courtyard where you can enjoy delicious gourmet dishes as soon as the sun rises.
