Exceptional Hotel
A former parking garage and commercial building from the 1960s, converted into 10,000 m² of mixed-use space, La Fondation is laying the groundwork for a new form of urban hospitality. The Galia Group’s project brings together a 5-star hotel with 58 rooms, two restaurants, a rooftop terrace, offices with an auditorium, a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a climbing wall. The interior design, entrusted to the New York-based studio Roman & Williams, emphasizes fine materials and contemporary warmth. A multifaceted living space, designed as much for travelers as for residents of the Batignolles-Monceau neighborhood.
