Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's Touraine's biggest hotel event. Billionaire Frédéric Jousset merges two institutions (Le Choiseul and Les Minimes) to create the town's only 5-star hotel. Operated by Marugal, this new 63-key jewel offers an immersion in Loire Valley luxury, with unique assets: a spectacular spa nestled in troglodyte caves, the only panoramic rooftop overlooking the Château Royal and the Loire, and a cultural hub dedicated to the arts in the Greniers de César. Opening planned for June 2026.
