An iconic landmark in the 8th arrondissement, the Hôtel du Collectionneur embodies Art Deco elegance with an attention to detail that borders on perfection. Behind its monumental façade, this 5-star member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts features 496 rooms and suites—including 33 with private terraces and views of Paris—as well as marble, wood paneling, and 1930s-style design elements that evoke the grandeur of transatlantic ocean liners. At the heart of the hotel, the Andalusian Patio invites guests on a journey with its overflowing fountain, palm trees, and exotic plants. In the kitchen of the restaurant Le Collectionneur, Executive Chef Nicolas Amelin—of Basque origin—creates bistronomic and creative cuisine, brilliantly blending French tradition with global influences: pearly langoustine tails, pea tartlets with almonds and orange blossom, and a chocolate mi-cuit with cocoa crumble and fleur de sel. The bar, with its 7-meter granite counter and beaded chandeliers, is the epicenter of the venue’s retro-chic glamour. The spa was completely redesigned in 2024, featuring high-end treatments, a hammam, a sauna, a hydrotonic bath, and a Technogym fitness center.
