In this carefully renovated manor house, Anne-Sophie and Emerick have created a charming, contemporary retreat where guests can enjoy the understated luxury of a grand Norman estate. Fifteen guest rooms, featuring historic hardwood floors and soft color palettes, welcome guests into an intimate and refined atmosphere. Outside, six hectares of natural grounds are home to an orchard, a permaculture vegetable garden, and a sheepfold, lending the property a bucolic charm. Guests can relax in the heated pool, the sauna nestled in the heart of the woods, or the wood-fired Nordic bath. At the restaurant, Chef Gilles Marquis showcases local flavors, from the on-site vegetable garden to farm-fresh produce.
