Managed by Pascal Ranger, a well-known figure in the Tropezian restaurant business, this new jewel welcomes guests all year round in 18 rooms and suites decorated with refinement by Sylvie Hakim-Ranger, featuring Italian design, custom-made furnishings and nods to the past. Guests can relax by the 25-meter swimming pool lined with century-old olive trees, or on the rooftop with its spectacular view over the bay. In the restaurant La Baie des Voiles, chef Christophe Chiavola offers sincere, bright Mediterranean bistronomic cuisine inspired by the estate's vegetable garden.
