Gault&Millau's review 2025

A discreet haven in the heart of Parisian elegance, away from the hustle and bustle of the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. This classic-style residence—on Rue Balzac, between the Golden Triangle and the Étoile—has been reimagined under the guidance of Festen Architecture (Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay). Art Deco lines, Japanese-inspired touches, mocha tones, and fine materials mark the beginning of a new chapter characterized by understated elegance. Behind the understated façade lie 58 serene rooms and suites, the minimalist Ikoi spa in the basement, a cozy cocktail bar, and the thoughtful touches of a family-run hotel—Diptyque products and high-end bedding. From the rooftop, the Eiffel Tower rises on the horizon like a promise.
