On the elegant Place de la Madeleine, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris has occupied two Haussmann-style buildings since September 2018—the former premises of Fauchon, founded in 1886 by Auguste Fauchon—which were redesigned by Richard Martinet and Atelier Paluel-Marmont. With 33 rooms and 21 suites, it blends the elegance of powder pink and black velvet with a gourmet spirit, featuring its fine-dining restaurant, Le Grand Café, under the direction of Chef Baptiste Limouzin. The Beauty Spa, located in the basement, offers Esthederm-branded beauty treatments. The Prestige Suite offers a spectacular view of the neoclassical church of the same name, and the rooftop bar—which can be reserved for private events—crowns the experience with an exceptional panoramic view of Paris.
