Gault&Millau's review 2026

Opening in summer 2023, this 25-hectare estate in Morbihan is one of the most spectacular addresses to appear in Brittany in recent years. Long owned by the Lafosse-Cremer family, the estate now belongs to Sébastien Brancq and Marie Nommé, who had the intelligence not to raze everything to the ground and rebuild everything: the 18th-century château, barn, stables and stables have been transformed into a luxury Farm House that preserves the soul of the place while giving it a second life. The concept is simple and effective: total disconnection in the middle of nature, without having to give up comfort. The 38 rooms, suites and lodges feature organic, handcrafted decor that blends perfectly with the environment. Guests can stroll through the park, play tennis or dive into the 20-metre indoor pool. The table emphasizes short circuits for an ultra-refined country experience.
