Gault&Millau's review 2025

The Accor Group's first 5-star hotel in Issy-les-Moulineaux is located on a former royal estate - a retreat for the priests of Saint-Sulpice - where the historic buildings and gardens with orchards and vegetable gardens have been preserved. The perfect setting for this refuge designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who has set up the Marguerite 1606 gourmet restaurant (led by Christian Constant) in the historic building, and deployed the 83 rooms and suites with their sober, refined decor in a more contemporary annex, all revealing splendid views of the Eiffel Tower. Designed for both business and leisure, the hotel boasts conference rooms, a spa with swimming pool, terraces for pre-dinner drinks, and a magnificent speakeasy in the former chapel.
