The nose gives an initial impression of richness around dried pineapple and peach compote, followed by a hint of smoke. On the palate, the attack is light and the texture remains fluid throughout. It's the aromatics that give the wine its personality, with notes of raisins, overripe banana and even a hint of petroleum. An ideal cuvée for getting to grips with the distinctive Jamaican rums.
