The nose takes us into the category of great old rums. Cigar leaf, cedar, orange peel and flambéed banana intermingle with aromas of dark chocolate, dried cherry and undergrowth. On the palate, you realize that this is a racy, powerful and noble rum. Sweet spices, sandalwood and still-warm plum jam harmonize with a full-bodied, yet airy texture like absorbent cotton. A long finish of garrigue and eucalyptus honey.
