Sylvain Renzetti invites Mathieu Martin to Son' for 2 4-hands dinners in Bordeaux
On September 18 and 19, 2025, Bordeaux's Son' restaurant will host two original four-hands dinners, bringing together its chef Sylvain Renzetti and Mathieu Martin, chef at Saint-James Bouliac.
As part of our "A chef, a gardener & their vegetable garden" series, we're off to the Saint James in Paris, or more precisely to the Clos de Nonville, the vegetable garden that enriches the cuisine of chef Grégory Garimbay, head of the Bellefeuille restaurant.
