A former pastry chef in the catering trade, Yves Jehanne, who had previously worked in some of the finest restaurants in the Toulouse region, then in Luxembourg, changed his mind and opened his first store in 2022. The success was immediate, and his place as a finalist in the M6 TV show "La meilleure boulangerie de France" only amplified it. Pains et viennoiseries are excellent reasons to come, as are the moelleux vanille citron mirabelle, the cerise trompe-l'œil, the éclat rocher noisette and the tartelette au citron meringuée.
