Gault&Millau's review

Bakery A Franco-Asian concept, Yithé is first and foremost a tea room designed to promote bubble tea culture. Today, the project extends to the production of pastries, cakes and breads, which can be discovered in their boutique on Rue Beaubourg. Under the windows are classic and more exotic recipes: coconut-sesame, matcha-yuzu, mango and earl grey, or black sesame and soy.
