Or how to catch the tide in this wide-open, clean and cool space that makes you want to dive in. Shellfish, whelks, bouchot mussels, shrimp, the day's arrivals, in ice and shrink-wrapped for maximum protection (scorpion fish, monkfish, amberjack, meagre, sea bream, line whiting...) and a few ikejimé fish (line bass, sea bream), as we work directly with a Quiberon fisherman trained in this technique.
