A varied cellar where we like a bit of everything, wine, beer, spirits, and above all this constant search for good value. With a predilection for the natural, the fruit in the foreground as much as the terroir, on well-known or more confidential names. Interesting selection from all over the South, especially Languedoc, but also Fanny Sabre's Burgundies and Rémi Leroy's fine champagnes.
