A fine, well-organized regional collection, with the pleasure of rediscovering both well-loved and lesser-known estates, with a high density in the Collioure appellation. Also the big names at regional level, and rather attractive prices for these lords (Clos des Fées 2021 at €50, a vertical of Petite Sibérie, Grange des Pères...). Good advice and a pleasant selection of rosé wines.
