Cheese dairy
One of the best-known houses in the city, proudly displaying the red-white-blue label of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. The people of Nîmes come here to prepare the finest cheese platters for their receptions and, on a daily basis, all the dairy products, butter and yoghurts, but also ravioles and fruit accompaniments, such as quince paste... The program is vast, from all the cheeses of France, to rarities like neufchâtel or langres, and a selection of foreign cheeses, beautifully presented and impeccably matured.
