Butchery After a four-year wait, a new butcher's shop opened in Nègrepelisse at the end of 2023! Cédric and Vincent are at the helm, determined to delight local customers in search of quality products. And good is exactly what they claim! Their approach is based on traditional know-how: they select the carcasses themselves - a guarantee of quality for their customers - particularly those of beef, directly from their herdsman, who is none other than the father of one of the two partners. Priority is given to tasty, marbled cuts and exceptional meats. The majority of products come from local producers: pig, poultry, lamb, veal... The butcher's shop has chosen to work with Simmental, a meat much appreciated by customers. In addition to delicatessen dishes and home-made charcuterie, it also offers an Iberian selection, including Viand'Art specialties that continue to surprise regulars. The team makes a point of welcoming every customer with a smile and sound advice. Conviviality, humor and proximity are the key values of this butcher's shop, which is involved in local life by taking part in gourmet markets and other events.
