Butchery
This is Montauban's institutional butcher's shop. Located in the covered market on the corner of Place Nationale, it has been in business from generation to generation since 1947. The shop originally specialized in Quercy goat and lamb, for which it is renowned. A number of delicatessen dishes are also available.
