Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory VO, for Alexandre Verrier and Maxime Ollivier. These two enthusiasts have put their know-how in the same basket. Their combined experience at the Ritz, Plaza Athénée, Ladurée and Jean-Paul Hévin has been put to good use in this sober setting, where ingots, 14 x 2.5 cm pastries and finely-crafted chocolates are superimposed on one another. Whether it's for "White's White" (a creamy brown pastry) or the signature chocolate cake, the raw materials are meticulously monitored. It won't be long before these two unrivalled accomplices rise to prominence.
