Roaster A lover of adventure, Auguste Verlet passed on his taste for tea and coffee to subsequent generations. Eric Duchossoy took up the torch and the road to the plantations. Specializing in light roasting, or "robe de bure" roasting, which allows flavors to develop to the detriment of bitterness, the company is currently concentrating on Asian coffees, with their lemony tendencies. Rare coffees from Jamaica, or more unusual, the powerful Kopi-Luwak, for which the seeds are ingested by a rodent, then recovered washed and dried... Superb top-of-the-range teas. The house is precious.
