Founded in 1973 by Michel Van Den Casteele, in the heart of the Flemish countryside, this company specializing in artisanal ice creams has never changed its philosophy. It continues to source its milk and fruit mainly from the North of France. A vast range of (excellent) ice creams and frozen desserts, with designs that can be customized according to the customer's wishes. There are a dozen stores throughout the département.
