It all began in 1973 with Michel Van Den Casteele, in the heart of the Flemish countryside. The company, which specializes in artisanal ice creams, has never changed its philosophy, continuing to source its milk and fruit mainly from the North of France. A vast range of (excellent) ice creams and frozen desserts, with designs that can be fully customized according to the customer's wishes, can be found in around ten stores throughout the department.
