Ludovic Bisot was awarded the title of MOF in 2015. A well-deserved title for this enthusiast, whose Rambolitan store is brimming with treasures. Soumaintrain, Comté, Brie de Melun, Chavignol and Bleu de Termignon are among his favorites. Bicaillou, a highly aromatic goat's cheese from Correze, and lou sounal, a mildly acidic ewe's cheese from the Causse Méjean, are the creamy "fruit" of meetings with producers and retailers.
