Bakery The brand is expanding, and it's a pleasure for Parisians to find this philosophy of good artisanal products in these privileged locations (in the 11th arrondissement, rue Paul Bert and rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud). All the hallmarks are there: sourdough bread, long fermentation, ancient wheat flours.
