The ducks are meticulously selected from local farms according to strict specifications. Raised in the open air, "raised in the Gers"! Because duck is a matter of course here, and the preparations are handed down from mother to daughter. Delicate, fragrant foie gras, extra-stuffed necks, rillettes, fonds de sauce... The estate welcomes you to its pretty grounds for gastronomic weekends (carving demonstrations, tastings, farm lunches...).
