Pastry If Bertrand Grébaut is (slightly) annexing the rue de Charonne, it's for a good reason, and for everyone to enjoy. And there's no need to show your credentials or make a reservation to discover this patisserie, where everything from the magnificent tarte fontainebleau framboise to the opulent flan parisien, from the crème caramel in verrine to the beautiful tarte rhubarbe fleur d'oranger and the addictive gâteau basque. At €6.50, it's a luxury dessert, but also a great pleasure.
