Chocolate factory
A bean-to-bar chocolate factory offering a unique chocolate made from raw cocoa beans. Yann Maritaud, a craftsman committed to the gustatory and nutritional quality of his products, makes a range of pure-origin bars reflecting the typical characteristics of the cocoa-growing region, from gourmet creations such as the gianduja bar to more original ones like the Timut pepper chocolate, as well as coated dried fruits and spreads. No store for the moment, but products are sold locally, and it is possible to visit the workshop on request.
